The Board of Directors of the Iowa Bandmasters Association has decided to initiate a Student Membership Program for High School Seniors and Juniors. Directors can nominate high school seniors or juniors who intend to go to college to major in instrumental music for a one-year free membership. Students will receive the IBA magazine and can attend th IBA Conference in May.
