Dear Director,

I would like to congratulate you for reaching a milestone as a professional educator. The Iowa Bandmasters Association would like to acknowledge and honor you for your 30 years of dedication at our IBA Conference Banquet at the Hotel Fort Des Moines on May 11. The criteria guidelines are:

1. Elementary and/or junior high/middle school teachers who have 30 or more years of service to students in Iowa
2. The 30th year of service to have taken place at either the elementary or junior high/middle school level, or combination of the high school and junior high middle school or elementary
3. Service need not be consecutive
4. The award is given to those educators who are not honored by the IHSMA in a like manner
   
   Please fill out the biography form below. The biography that will be read for 30 year honorees will be shorter than that of retirees. There must be a time constraint to allow for the banquet to be finished before the concert that follows at 8:00 pm. When you retire, a full length biography will be allowed and enjoyed!
