At IBA state conference, collect unused reports at the close of Friday's meeting and
replace them on Saturday
Reserve about 250 seats in the front of the ballroom for Friday's 8:00concert for
banquet-goers.
Be available during meetings to handle other logistical needs as they may arise.
No written reports are necessary from this position.
